The Michael Brothers Building is comprised of five floors: Basement, Ground Level, Mezzanine , Fourth Floor Park Plaza Executive Offices, and Fifth Floor Park Plaza Offices and Suites. Click on each floor to view details of each floor.

  • Basement

    New 1400 square foot retail space available with a separate entrance on Wall Street. This space is build to suit.

  • Ground Floor (2nd)

    The ground floor features a two story grand foyer with a marble floor. It is also has staircase access to the mezzanine level and elevator access to all floors. The ground floor is the home to two great Athens restaurants - Taqueria Tsunami and Mellow Mushroom.

  • Mezzanine (3rd)

    The Mezzanine on the 3rd Floor has 720-3230 square feet available for lease. Build to suit available.

  • Park Plaza Executive Offices (4th)

    The 4th floor, also known as Park Plaza, is Athens' only corporate office space. The space includes a shared receptionist, conference room, bathroom facilities, and kitchen. Offices rentals are available by the month. There is also shared computer access in the central hallway.

    The 5th floor is made up of small commercial offices or office suites. The spaces includes a shared conference room.
